This coming thursday sees the opening of the exhibit ‘Dreamsuits’ in the MOMU in Antwerp. Designs by Nudie Cohn, Rodeo trailer, from the Bobbejaan Schoepen collection. An exhibit with some spectacular suits and accessories.

While I was in Nashville 7 years ago, I had the good fortune to meet Nudie’s son in law Manuel, who followed in the fashion footsteps as a rodeo tailor and designs the same wonderful country and western costumes. I had the honor to see the atelier and how manually each little piece of glittering rhinestone is put on the suits and how the elaborate embroidery is done. Let me tell you, It’s
